Alison has good insight into others experiences, and does not take power away from them. As a Spiritual Teacher she was careful not to take on leader status and encouraged people in their growth and learning. She uses her gifts and inner voices to guide her and is able to put her ego aside. These are the hallmarks of a good teacher.
