I cannot thank Alison enough for helping me to understand myself, mind, body and soul. With the sessions I have had with her there has been never a dull moment. I come away with yet a deeper understanding of who my soul is and how I can move forward with my life and those around me in the best way possible ways. Her kindness and understanding with of some of my silly questions and help me with some of the harder questions with compassion. She always seems to know what it is I am trying to understand and find me answers and markers for the future.
