I appreciate the time Alison spent with me at the Body, Mind Life Expo. I understand that, after the process, she may not remember much about the session. But I still do.... vividly. Looking back, I realize I was a bit overwhelmed and unfocused. I wasn't ready for the emotional aspect ironic in retrospect, given the weight of my questions. Regardless, she provided just the information I needed today. I'm glad my path brought me to her and the Expo.
