My work with Alison was a seven-session individual shamanic series. I appreciate the structure and encouragement provided. I found that the work I did had the components and the content of the past, the future, and the present. I learned the possibilities of creative and simple self-directing, ease of inner journeying, and the confidence to use my ability to do so. I journey with or without drum music and by myself and with others. I found the skills of Aliason as a spiritual teacher were open, accepting, and attentive and conducive to my personal growth
