Last night was my third class in Alison James' psychic development Series. Each class is complete unto itself, so individuals may attend any or all sessions. In just the three sessions I've attended, I have met new spirit guides and protectors. Constructed my own Spirit Haven or Soul Sanctuary. Within the journeys taken, I have been introduced to the Sea Horse, Starfish, Eel, Harpy Eagle, Sea Turtle, Nautilus, feathers and the power of flight, Amethyst, Star Ruby, Black Obsidian, Willow, Witch Hazel, Mother of Pearl - to name a few. We were taught what it feels like to be energetically/psychically attacked and how to protect ourselves, Under Alison's guidance, we practiced on one another. Learned how to transform negative energy/attacks into energetic gifts to be returned to the multiverse. Here are a few projects given to me while journeying with my guides: Cut willow branches to make a pentagram - branches were cut last night under the full moon. Plant and use Witch Hazel branches -- Great for wand. Make my own Mother of Pearl disc for a Spirit Bag I will be constructing in the future - Mother of Pearl is used for protection. And learn about the various creatures, minerals, objects and entities I am introduced to. My business path has become clearer as well as my spiritual one. I left each class with new skills, inspiration and appreciation for my friend and mentor, Alison James, and the gifts she has to teach this world. I can't wait until next week's class! Spirit Haven
